Since I joined the Hacienda Colorado team a year ago, our goal has been to honor the classics you already love and add even more for you to fall in love with. When we thought about what makes us so special, we realized: there is no secret ingredient. There are only fresh ingredients, proper prep, and the time we invest to do it right. I’d like to share a few of the things we’ve done to improve your restaurant experience.

Let me start by assuring you that our fan favorites haven’t gone anywhere. Items like Grilled Fajitas, Tableside Guacamole and our Chocolate Piñata are still here and still exactly as you remember. We built on these flavors by adding fresher, lighter options like our made-to-order Shrimp and Fish Ceviche and our Fresca Shrimp Salad topped with avocado escabeche and cotija cheese. To appeal to more palates, we’ve added vegetarian options like our Roasted Mushroom Tacos, more protein options like crab in our Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Poblano; cod in our in-house battered Baja Fried Fish Tacos, and even a Cajeta Sundae to satisfy your sweet tooth. We’ve also significantly updated our drink menu to focus on fresh-squeezed juices and quality ingredients.
We’ve made it a point to keep the flavors and experiences you love, while adding even more fresh, quality ingredients and lighter, brighter menu options. We’re still the same Hacienda Colorado you know, with the bold tastes you can’t get enough of.
