The History of Mountain Mex®
How’d we create a style of cuisine unlike any other? We were hungry. Hungry for something beyond the expected Tex-Mex dishes found across the country. For something inspired by the original recipes of true Mexican food, but able to satisfy our particular Rocky Mountain tastes. We introduced the world to mouth-watering Mountain Mex® at our first Hacienda Colorado location in Lakewood. The overwhelming response to our unique dishes and decor has since allowed us to expand to Colorado Springs, Lone Tree, Westminster, and Wheat Ridge.
