Your order will be hot and ready for you to pick up at the Hacienda Colorado location you choose. With a $275 minimum total food order*, we’ll provide all food and utensils, plates, napkins, flatware, serving utensils, disposable chafing dishes and Sterno for no additional charge.

Limited Service

We deliver and set up at the time and place you choose with a $350 minimum total food order.* Included at no additional charge are all utensils, plates, napkins, flatware, serving utensils, disposable chafing dishes and Sterno. Our catering menu options include the following options:

• Nacho Bar: Mild queso or queso blanco plus your choice of our seasoned taco meat or shredded chicken with sour cream, guacamole, fresh pickled jalapeños, pico de gallo, homemade salsa, and corn tortilla chips on the side.
• Taco Bar Buffet: Your choice of seasoned ground beef, shredded chicken, savory braised pork carnitas, and fire-grilled fajitas. With a combination of crispy corn tortillas, and handmade flour or corn tortillas. Accompanied with guacamole, shredded lettuce, cheddar and Monterey Jack, pico de gallo, sour cream, mild queso, or queso blanco, salsa and spicy habanero salsa. Rice and beans (refried beans, frijoles a la charra, or vegetarian black beans.
• Additional Specialties: A choice of spring mix salad, mild queso or queso blanco, fresh guacamole, and baja shrimp platter.

We do have gluten-free and vegan substitutions available. For those avoiding gluten, corn tortillas are available as a tasty option; and we offer veggie fajitas or soft tacos for vegan/vegetarian guests.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Orders will be processed in our catering system instantly but will not be prepared or delivered until the event date. For full-service catering, which is catering that includes on-site grilling, we ask that you give us at least one week’s notice when ordering. This allows our team to adequately prepare for your event and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Do I need to provide anything?

Primarily, your role involves arranging tables and chairs for attendees, along with a dedicated area for food service. Since the requirements for each event or celebration can differ based on your unique catering demands, ensure you have all the essentials for a successful celebration, and you’ll be all set.
